River Healthcare is a national health and wellbeing group established since 1999. We pride ourselves on our people & culture, with a team of professional & caring staff that love & embrace life. Our aim is simple, to make the journey better for all our customers.
River Healthcare has national capacity and capabilities in the three main Aged Care sectors - Residential Aged Care Services; Retirement/Independent Living Services; and In-home/Community Care Services; as well as capabilities in Disability care service delivery, as well as other wellness support services, eg. Staff wellness services. We are proud of our ability to supply care across the three sectors of aged care, our 18 plus years of service has enabled us to evolve and innovate supply and delivery strategies to decrease gaps historically seen in customer care, staff retention and wellness service delivery. In addition to home care River Healthcare is a differentiated specialist expert providing a suite of solutions to RACF's & Medical Centres. We enable you to capitalise on the benefits of strategic partnering. Strategic partnering to provide non-core business, for instance allied health services such as podiatry and physiotherapy, or domestics services and home maintenance. This allows the business to focus its resources on activities essential to growth and survival. Through strategic partnership aged and other health organisations can expect increased productivity, obtain expertise, improve risk management, acquire innovative ideas and, most importantly, rapidly adapt to the ever-changing environment.
